CardCollector Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CardCollector (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

CardCollector lets you browse the Pokémon Trading Card Game catalog, scan cards to identify them, track your collection, and create and follow custom card lists. Features may change, and some features require a CardCollector Pro subscription.

2. Accounts

You need an account to sync your collection and use social features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the App
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content in list names or descriptions
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Scrape or abuse the service or its data beyond normal personal use

4. Your Content & Public Lists

You retain ownership of the lists and content you create. Lists are public by default; by making a list public you grant other users and us the right to display it (including its name, description, contents, and your display name) within the service. You are responsible for the content you publish and must not include private or infringing material. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

CardCollector Pro is a recurring subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and benefits may change with notice.

6. Card Data & Pricing Disclaimer

Catalog and pricing information is provided for reference only and sourced from third parties. Estimated values are aggregated from public marketplaces — they are not an appraisal and not financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any catalog or pricing data, and you should not rely on it for buying, selling, or insurance decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

CardCollector is an unofficial, independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon names, cards, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mordsmith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. The service may be unavailable or change at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App; this permanently erases your collection after a short grace period. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page, and continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
